The Google Pixel 5a has been certified. Here’s everything we know

Before the end of February, we were able to see the first renders of the Google Pixel 5. Since that time, we have had no confirmation of the existence of this mobile device. Now,w for the first time, the next mid-range from the Mountain View giant has appeared in the database of a certifying company.

A well-known and reliable leaker from India has published a new image of the certification of the upcoming Google Pixel 5a, a mobile phone that has the codename GR0M2. This certification was carried out at BIS, a certifying company that would be what the FCC is in the United States.

The certifying company’s technical sheet does not provide further details other than that the Google Pixel 5a has received certification, however, some of the main features of this mid-range phone have already begun to be rumored, claiming it will have a 6.2-inch OLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution, a panel that will have a hole in the upper left corner that will house the front camera.
On the back, we have a square camera module that houses a dual rear camera; on the back of the phone, we have a design very similar to what we already know, with a conventional fingerprint reader. Finally, leaker Jon Prosser revealed that Google plans to officially announce the  Pixel 5a on June 11. Due to the current difficult situation, there is likely to be a shortage of units.

[Updated] The new Xiaomi Black Shark 4 Pro will have a triple camera

According to the guys at Fone Arena, the new Black Shark 4 and 4 Pro phones will be officially presented on March 23 at an event organized by the company.
Last month, we shared some of the technical specifications of the new Xiaomi Black Shark 4, which will be officially unveiled later this year. Now, a new post on the Chinese social media platform Weibo by Black Shark CEO Lou Yuzhou indicates that the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 Pro will retain the same main camera setup as its predecessor.

According to the image published on Weibo, the new Xiaomi Black Shark 4 Pro could have a triple configuration main camera, but how can an image determine the configuration?

Well, easy, if we look at the image, at the bottom we can see the following text: « BlackShark 4 Pro AI Triple Camera «.

Alleged technical specifications of the Xiaomi Black Shark 4

Based on data from Google Play, GeekBench, and TENAA, the new Xiaomi Black Shark 4 will come with a 6.7-inch display with FHD+ resolution instead of the QHD+ resolution introduced in the previous version. In this case, we’ll have a 120Hz refresh rate.

As for the processor, it was previously rumored that the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 will be launched with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870, while the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 Pro will come with the already known Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. Probably, in both cases, we will see 12 GB RAM.

The battery that Xiaomi will use in at least the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 will be 4500 mAh and will have a 120W fast charge that can go from 0 to 100% in 15 minutes.
